3. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

AB Captal does not guarantee loan approval, disbursal, or specific loan terms. All applications are subject to verification, underwriting, and approval by Aditya Birla Capital.

4. Data Privacy

We collect personal and financial information solely to facilitate the loan application process. All data is handled in strict accordance with applicable data protection laws. This information may be shared with Aditya Birla Capital and its authorized representatives for processing purposes.

5. Third-Party Relationship

AB Captal functions exclusively as a facilitator and does not directly provide loans. All loan agreements are executed between the applicant and Aditya Birla Capital.

6. Fees and Charges

AB Captal does not charge any upfront fees to applicants. Any applicable processing fees or charges will be clearly communicated and are governed by the terms set forth by Aditya Birla Capital.

7. Limitation of Liability

AB Captal shall not be held liable for any delays, rejections, loan terms, interest rates, or disbursal decisions made by Aditya Birla Capital.

8. Modification of Terms

AB Captal reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
